Hello Bellevue Families,

My name is Kelley Rushton, and I am honored to be part of the Bellevue Elementary School community. Teaching at BES is especially meaningful to me, as I come from a proud family tradition of educators, both my grandmother and aunt also taught here in Bellevue.

I was raised in the beautiful Wood River Valley and attended Bellevue Elementary myself. I have three adult children who all graduated from Wood River High School. My sons now work in the technology industry in Salt Lake City, Utah, and my daughter is a sophomore at Auburn University.

I earned my undergraduate degree from University of Utah and my Master’s degree in Elementary Education (K–8) from Grand Canyon University. As a lifelong learner, I am deeply passionate about education and helping students grow both academically and personally.

I taught 3rd grade for seven years and have spent the past two years teaching 2nd grade. I truly enjoy being part of such a wonderful learning community and am proud to be a Bellevue Bear!
